If you are managing a business in a global marketplace, you must have the global state of mind. You must leave your traditional jargon. Learn how to deal in a direct and courteous way of expressing yout thoughts, your feelings and your ideas.

It is always necessary that you know how to communicate with your global counterparts. Learn the language so that you can interpret your ideas in verbal and written ways. You should establish a clear communication between your business and the global market.

You should also know and understand the culture of the global market. Do some research and be sensitive enough to raise some personal questions. You might be thinking that you are establishing a polite conversation but you might be doing something offensive. When in global business, you should widen your perspective.
