To Create Job or Save Job? What's the ROI?

When you hear ROI, what do you have in mind?

Well, in corporate or business finance point of view, ROI or Return on Investment is the amount, expressed as a percentage, that is earned on a company's total capital calculated by dividing the total capital into earnings before interest, taxes, or dividends are paid.

But I am not going to discuss any further about that but what I would like to point out is Zane Safrit's interesting article entitled -- Jobs: What’s the ROI to Create or Save One?

Jobs: What do they cost?

What’s it cost to create a job…or to save a job?

What is the ROI for that job?

The above are the first three questions that Zane wanted to know and is obviously his purpose of writing that article. Do you ever have the idea how much they do actually costs? What do you think is the most effective way to save our economy these days? Is it to create new job or to save an existing job for people?
